Home Care Plus offers comprehensive therapy services to support our patients’ independence and functional ability.
Physical Therapists (PTs) work to restore mobility, improve strength, and alleviate pain for those limited or disabled by injury or illness. Treatment can include exercise, massage, rehabilitation equipment, and more. We also educate patients and caregivers on safety when walking, getting in and out of vehicles and wheelchairs, and other scenarios.
Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) help to restore the speech of patients with communication disorders due to trauma, surgery, or stroke. We also retrain patients in the areas of breathing, swallowing, and muscle control.
Occupational Therapists (OTs) work with patients who have physical, developmental, social, or emotional problems that prevent them from performing daily activities. We use various techniques and equipment to improve functionality in eating, bathing, dressing, and basic household routines.
